and egg and flower and place on cookie sheet Cook meat in pan for about 5-7 minuets on each side until coating is
crisp On top of each piece of meat put 1/4 teaspoon of Peach Jan Bake at 350 for about 1 hour until meat is done

bowl and cover with soy sauce, Just put enough in so that the meat is
soaking in it, Sprinkle the meat to flavor with garlic powder, Serve on a bed rice Broccoli Rice (or whatever flavor you prefer) Put the excess soy sauce in a pan with a stick of butter and cut up a onion and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until tender and serve over meat ENJOY |
French Onion Soup |
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add onions and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beef broth, water, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and thyme to pot. Increase heat and bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Divide into bowls. Top with croutons, then mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts and begins to brown. |

Brown Hamburger 1 lb Brown 4 Bratwurst slice about the size of a quarter ( i like the Italian flovored) Brown 2 Large Chicken brest Mix all the meets together and simmer Dice one large sweet onion about 1-2 cups, Sautee in olive oil Add 2 to 3 cups of you favorite salsa with the desired heat you like (mild, hot, etc) add one cup of franks red hot sauce ( adjust to you liking) Add two quarts of stewed tomatos Two table spoons of fresh garlic Add more (stewed tomatoes, tomato past or tomato juice to your liking for thickness Add beans to your liking adjust quantities to your liking for heat or thickness and let simmer for 4 hours stirring every ten minutes |
Porterhouse Steaks with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce |
Four 10–12 oz. Porterhouse steaks
Bring steaks to room temperature. Grill on high heat 6 minutes or until
golden brown. Turn and cook on other side 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
Note: You can tell when a steak is cooked to medium by touching the fat part
of the palm of your hand under your thumb. Poke your hand and when the steak
feels like that it is done to medium.
Mushroom and Garlic Sauce
Sauté mushrooms in oil with garlic. Cook 4 minutes and add beef broth. Bring
to a boil and cook about 4 minutes. Mix butter and flour together. Whisk
into mushroom mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. |

2 Cups boiling water In a blender, blend: 2 small boxes of lemon jello 14 ounces of lemon lime pop (like 7-up) 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 - 8 oz. bars of Philly Cream Cheese 2 teaspoons of vanilla
1) Dissolve the above ingredients 2) Pour this mixture into the bowl with into the bowl you will use to the jello and blend well. Cover and set up the jello mixture. put in the frig to set up.
3) When the jello mixture sets up enough to suspend ONE CUP OF WALNUTS that have been finelychopped, add them to the mixture and stir well. Pour into a jello mold or leave it in the mixing bowl and return to frig for final set-up. and return to frig to finish setting up. |

Place steaks in pan and brown on both sides turn heat down to simmer, add sliced onion, one can or one fresh portabella mushrooms Add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes Enjoy! |

2 lbs of meatballs – prepackaged are the easiest… Sauce: 1 large can of tomatoes cut up 1 ½ cup brown Sugar ½ cup vinegar 15 crushed ginger snap cookies Put the sauce together and bring it to a boil, Mix with frozen meatballs Put in oven 350 for 1- 1 ½ hours or in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. -------------------- |

Cut acorn squash in half and add 1/4 stick butter and one to two tablespoons brown surgar and bake at 425 for about an hour until tender |

Add in layers while putting in the pickles into jars 2 heaping tablespoons of freshly ground horseradish and one tablespoon minced garlic per quart |
I added 1 tbs Horseradish and 1 tbs garlic and these are kind of mild, and some I added 4 tbs Horseradish and 2 tbs garlic these are very flavorful |

Tomato slices (two per chicken) or us can use your old spaghetti sause |

mix in a bowl eggs and milk |
put chicken in mixture |
Grind up your croutons in a food processer or blender |
put mix in ziplock baggy |
drain chicken and place in baggy |

place chicken on backing dish and bake at 350 about 45 min until done |
when done remove from oven |
place cooked chicken breast on plate |
either 2 tomato slices or very dry tomato sauce placed on top of chicken |
drain with slotted spoon |
put grated cheese on top and broil for 5 to 7 minutes |
